Charcoal-Grilled Tradition with Every Bite

Where It All Started

Where It All Started

I didn’t open this place to be flashy. I opened it to share how we cook back home—over real charcoal, slow and steady. One of the first dishes I ever made was tangia, the kind that cooks for hours in a clay pot. It reminded me of Fridays with my grandfather. Now, that same recipe lives here, in every bite. We began with one grill and a few family recipes—and today, we’re proud to serve our community with those same roots.
Cooking With Purpose

Cooking With Purpose

Food means something here. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t chase trends. Everything is cooked fresh, seasoned with bold spices, and grilled just right over charcoal—because that’s how it’s meant to be. From couscous to wraps, we keep things honest. No frozen shortcuts, just real ingredients handled with care. When you eat here, you’re getting more than a meal—you’re getting generations of tradition, cooked with heart.
More Than a Meal

More Than a Meal

It’s not just the food that brings people back—it’s how they feel while they’re here. This space was built to feel like home: relaxed, welcoming, and full of energy. Being the first Moroccan spot in Jacksonville matters, but what matters more is staying true to our culture. When guests walk through our door, they’re treated like family, because that’s how it’s always been. Come once, and you’ll understand what we’re all about.
